Stanley Kubrick nace en Nueva York, Estados Unidos, 26 de julio de 1928 y muere en el Reino Unido, 7 de marzo de 1999 …es uno de los directores más importantes en la historia del cine …Algunas de sus películas causaron un autentico impacto…como “2001 Odisea en el Espacio”..Pero aparte de ser un gran creador en todos sus films.. Desearia destacar su melomanía en todas las Bandas Sonoras…En algunas ocasiones colaboró con Alex North  ..es el caso de “Spartaco” y aunque su Banda Sonora es excelente y el “Love Theme de Spartaco” de North es muy bello….Yo hubiera añadido el “Adagio de Spartacus” de Aram Khachaturiam….Pero esto siempre es una opinión personal….Del resto de sus films… Decir que si a su extraordinaria técnica , realización y guión ..le añadimos en las  Bandas Sonoras …Música Clásica…Sus películas se convierten en Obras Maestras… ¿¿ Quien no recuerda a Strauss….En 2001 Odisea en el Espacio… O a Beethoven en La Naranja Mecanica….O la excelente Música Barroca en Barry Lyndon ??… En este video-clip.. he añadido la Overtura de 2001… y uno de los valses de Dimitri Shostakóvich perteneciente a su polémica y última película…”Eyes Wide Shut”….

Stanley Kubrick was born in New York, USA, July 26, 1928 and died in the United Kingdom, March 7, 1999 … is one of the most important directors in film history … Some of his films caused a real impact … like “2001 a Space Odyssey” .. But besides being a great creator in all his films .. Would like to emphasize in all its melomania Soundtracks … Sometimes collaborated with Alex North is the case of “Spartacus” and although the soundtrack is excellent and the “Love Theme from Spartacus” North is beautiful .. .. Dmitri Dmítrievich Shostakóvich..Uno de los más grandes compositores Rusos de nuestro ya pasado siglo XX…. Su vida estuvo caracterizada por las influencias políticas que tuvo a lo largo del tiempo que le toco vivir… Su música esta llena de maravillosos contrastes.. Yo he deseado compartir aqui uno de sus Valses perteneciente a ” The Jazz Album “……Sus composiciones las hemos podido escuchar en imnumerables “Films” …. como el ejemplo que he puesto un poquito más arriba….¡¡Os dejo con esta maravilla de Vals!!…

Dmitri Dmitrievich Shostakovich .. One of the greatest Russian composers of our past and the twentieth century …. His life was characterized by political influences that took over while he lived … His music is full of wonderful contrasts .. I wanted to share here one of his waltzes belonging to “The Jazz Album “……. His compositions have been heard in the imnumerables “Films” …. as the example I set a little higher ….I leave this wonderful Waltz! ..

ELMER BERNSTEIN – 1922- 2004…Uno de los mejores compositores de Bandas Sonoras… comenzó su carrera de la mano de Aaron Copland.. y después de un paréntesis retomo su carrera musical  al lado de Jerome Moross, Alex Norteé, y Copland…..
Le descubrí en Los Diez Mandamientos….siendo muy niña….. su música me impresionó sobremanera….y durante largo tiempo tuve metida esa extraordinaria Overtura en mi cabeza…La grandiosidad de Bernstein no tiene limites… toda su primera etapa esta llena de extraordinarias composiciones..quizás por esa razón he añadido tres de sus más famosos temas….¡¡¡Tres Overturas !!!…. que siguen impresionando a lo largo del tiempo….como si siempre fuera la primera vez que penetran en mis oídos….El pasado mes de Agosto se cumplió 7 años de su desaparición….. y el vacío que ha dejado es imposible de llenar…..¡¡ Mi tributo a este genio de la composición !!
