Voy a dar paso  al tiempo de la Navidad..!!

Poco a poco… quiero rendir tributo a los que en mi opinión son los mejores Compositores de Bandas Sonoras desde que comenzó la historia del cine…Hoy le ha tocado a un grandísimo compositor de nuestros días… ¡¡JAMES HORNER!!…su discografía es inmensa..y incluirla toda es del todo imposible como me viene sucediendo en diversas ocasiones…Nacido en California en 1953…Su obra fué adquiriendo popularidad convirtiéndose en uno de lo más importantes creadores a comienzos de los 80′s ….ha sido nominado en multitud de ocasiones para el “Oscar” haciendo doblete para la Banda Sonora de “Titanic”…como podréis comprobar en el vídeo donde rindo homenaje a este inspiradísimo autor….

Little by little … I pay tribute to those who in my opinion are the best music composers since the beginning of film history … Today it has fallen to a great composer of our time !!… JAMES HORNER his discography is immense .. and include it all is quite impossible as has been happening to me several times …Born in California in 1953 … His work was gaining popularity, becoming one of the most important creators in the early 80′s …. has been nominated many times for the “Oscar” by two for the soundtrack of “Titanic “… as you can see in the video where pay homage to the spirited author ….

James Newton Howard (9 de junio de 1951 en Los Ángeles) es uno de lo grandes compositores de nuestra época ,ha sido varias veces nominado para El Oscar…En sus comienzos estuvo al lado de “Elton John”…y es curioso como muchisimos músicos y compositores de Bandas Sonoras han comenzado su carrera musical bebiendo en las raices del Rock……Por no hablar de la influencia de la Música Clásica… Hacía el año 2005 compone junto con Hans Zimmer ..la Banda sonora de “Batman Begins” …. Repitiendo de nuevo con Zimmer la composición musical en “The Dark Knight”….
Sus composiciones son una autentica maravilla de inspiración…. de sensibilidad… y de novedad en los sonidos …en muchos casos incorpora grandes secciones de percusión … dando un sonido que bien se podría denominar …. “Sonido James Newton Howard”….. ¡¡ Otro de los Grandes !! …que hoy incorporo a mis más admirados compositores….

En estos nueve meses que llevo en esta andadura de “You Tube” he tenido cerca mio a un extraordinario creador llamado “PHILCOLD”……En algunos de mis vídeos ha tenido la generosidad de dejarme utilizar sus magnificas creaciones… siempre llenas de sensibilidad y de un valor artístico y creativo realmente sorprendente…Desde aquí  mi más profundo agradecimiento..Este video va dedicado a El…. ya que es uno de sus temas favoritos….

RACHEL PORTMAN

Rachel Mary Berkeley Portman…Ha sido la primera mujer en ganar un Premio Óscar en la categoría “Mejor banda sonora” (por Emma en 1996)…..Es una de la mejores compositoras de nuestro tiempo… si tenemos en cuenta el numero tan limitado que existen de compositoras…Algo que por un lado me llena de tristeza… al existir tan poca representatividad en el mundo de la composición de la figura femenina…Y por otro lado me siento profundamente orgullosa de poder escuchar y vibrar con estas grandes creaciones de Rachel Portman…¡¡¡ Mi más profunda admiración por la gran inspiración de esta mujer !!!

Rachel Mary Berkeley Portman … It was the first woman to win an Academy Award in the category “Best Soundtrack” (For Emma in 1996 )….. Is one of the best composers of our time … if we consider the very limited number of composers there … Something that on the one hand I am filled with sadness … since there is so little representation in the world of composition of the female figure … And on the other hand I am very proud to listen and vibrate with these great creations of Rachel Portman … My deepest admiration for the great inspiration from this woman!!!
